At least 2 killed in bomb explosion in Afghanistan

At least two children were killed in an explosion in Afghanistan's northern province of Balkh on Monday.
According to the 209 Shaheen Corps spokesman Mohammad Haneef Rezaee the explosion was planted by militants.
The blast took place in Chahar Bolak district of Balkh.
